Full-time, Salaried IT QA Leader

Top Stack Group has been retained by an organization with HQ in the suburbs of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania to assist them in hiring a ITQA Leader to join their team. This is a full-time, salaried hybrid position (3 days per week in their office), with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Description/Must Haves:

  • Build all aspects of the IT Quality Assurance process.
  • Ensure the expected delivery of IT solutions, software enhancements and system changes.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy, as well as policies and procedures that ensure the effective testing and validation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and development teams to define quality standards, goals, and objectives.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate quality assurance activities across multiple projects and teams.
  • Define and establish testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Monitor and track defects, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and lead the implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to quality assurance and software testing.
  • Ensure that all software, systems, and IT solutions meet the necessary quality standards before they are delivered to key stakeholders.
  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business or related field or relevant work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience running & developing an IT Quality Assurance Program.
