Job Title: Civil Attorney with Trial Experience
Location: Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of trial experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier client representation.
Key Responsibilities: Civil Attorney with Trial Expereince
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation cases from inception to trial, including case strategy, discovery, motions, and client communication.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including pre-trial hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop case strategies that align with clients' goals and best interests.
- Maintain client relationships by providing consistent updates and clear communication regarding case progress.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation with proven trial experience.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle cases independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
