As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Lead IT Analyst to support our dynamic environment and further our mission of delivering independence to those in need.
The Lead IT Analyst will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient IT operations across the organization. You will work closely with the IT Manager and other departments to support daily IT functions, resolve issues promptly, and improve overall user experience. You’ll also collaborate with our outsourced IT provider and contribute to maintaining a secure, scalable, and responsive IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line IT support to internal employees, handling service requests, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Coordinate closely with the IT Manager and third-party IT provider to ensure smooth, responsive help desk services, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage and support the IT onboarding process for new employees, including setting up equipment, configuring accounts, and providing initial user training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Proactively monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime and optimal performance across all devices and services.
- Assist in executing the company's corporate cybersecurity initiatives, helping manage Defender and Intune for endpoint protection.
- Participate in the procurement of hardware and software, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to IT best practices, including scheduled backups, system updates, and implementation of IT general controls.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, such as office expansions or moves, ensuring systems are set up and configured efficiently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support or service experience, ideally in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Intune and Defender for Endpoint, is essential.
- Familiarity with network configurations, security protocols, and basic infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
