Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator ready to take on the challenge of working across a variety of applications and technologies to support our business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, as well as experience implementing new vendor applications and support existing ones. Key responsibilities include managing our IT infrastructure, providing desktop support, performing system administration duties on numerous SaaS applications. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain local Microsoft-based systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Administer a small number of Windows client/server applications
  • Administer numerous SaaS applications used by our business units
  • Administer cloud-based VOIP office phone system
  • Manage mobile devices via our MDM system
  • Implement new systems to support the company’s growth and expansion
  • Manage relationships with key technology partners, submitting tickets, working to resolve issues
  • Monitor system performance and ensure security and data integrity.
  • Implement security controls
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • The highest levels of integrity and professionalism
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Project Management and technical leadership skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong knowledge of technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.), Veeam.
  • Familiarity with network management and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A team player who is willing to work with all employees, from field personnel to executives
