IT Systems Administrator
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing our company's IT infrastructure, including network systems, cloud services, and communication platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:
General duties include:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment, including user provisioning and data governance
- Configure and administer Microsoft Endpoint Protection for enhanced security
- Oversee Azure IaaS Windows Server VMs, including maintenance and backup operations
- Manage network infrastructure, including switches and WiFi systems
- Administer cloud-based PBX (3cx) system and SIP trunk connectivity
- Monitor and respond to security alerts through Managed Detection and Response (MDR) systems
- Evaluate and recommend software applications and cloud services
- Maintain hosted web servers and ensure their optimal performance
- Provide technical support and guidance for Windows desktop environment
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems
OR
- 5+ years of Information Technology experience
- Microsoft Certifications are plus
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Linux Server environments
- Experience with Azure IaaS Administration
- Network administration knowledge
- Experience with IP telephony and SIP systems
