? Primary Responsibilities:

• Define Product Vision & Roadmap

  Set and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet business goals and customer needs, ensuring alignment across teams.

  
  

• Lead Product Development

  Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver impactful features on time.

  
  

• Drive Customer-Centric Innovation

  Gather insights and feedback to refine the user experience and foster data-driven product improvements that meet market demands.

  
  

• Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

  Partner with sales, marketing, and compliance to ensure successful go-to-market strategies, regulatory alignment, and industry leadership.

  
  

? Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading product teams and driving product strategy in the B2B payments or fintech sector, with 7+ years of experience.
• Expertise in using data and market insights to inform product decisions, optimize user experience, and drive business growth.
• Located in Miami & Able to Travel Occasionally
