Onboarding Endpoint Engineer

We are looking for an Onboarding Endpoint Engineer located in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of technical experience
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android
• Knowledge of MDM enrollment and corporate device management
• Knowledge related to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP, and VPN
• Knowledge of messaging platforms, collaboration, video conferencing tools, A/V issues, and conference room issues
• Strong communication skills
