In this role, you'll be instrumental in building strong client relationships and developing a robust candidate network. For the first six months, you'll work directly with our CEO, gaining valuable insights as we build a team and position you to help lead our U.S. operations.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in life sciences recruitment, specializing in any of the following markets - Commercial, Clinical, Biometrics, RA, QA, or Medical Devices.
- Experience Managing Key Accounts/Dealing with account holders and a comprehensive grasp of industry-specific skills and qualifications.
- A proactive mindset towards learning, readily embracing new challenges to broaden expertise and adapt to evolving industry landscapes.
- A positive, can-do attitude that fosters collaboration, resilience, and innovative problem-solving, contributing to a dynamic team environment.
- Will be self sufficient.
