Title: Technical Product Manager
Client: Health & Wellness start up
Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto
Remote for an All-Star
Duration: 6 month contract, possible extensions/conversion
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-5 years of relevant Product Management experience
- Experience working in a startup and early-stage products - must be able to understand user level issues and research
- Experience managing the product backlog, prioritizing product requirements, and translating product requirements into technical requirements, acceptance criteria
- Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to execute and launch product iterations
- Experience with Jira stories, epic features, etc.
- Experience with software or mobile app product features (onboarding, engagement, new products, etc)
Plusses:
- Experience working within the health wellness industry/for a wellness product
- Experience with driving voice-enabled application features
- Experience with consumer applications with a combination of recommendations/ AI experience
Position Summary:
One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to oversee key product development/feature related initiatives. Our client is a start-up, but uniquely positioned under a large, global electronics company. They are in the health and wellness space, building a product aimed at improving the overall wellness of the modern individual.
This product manager must come from a start-up, or a smaller organization, being very engrained with the product. Cross functional communication and being able to work with ambiguity is an absolute must for this role. Any experience with AI/NLP/Gen AI is a massive plus as the product our client is working on is AI-Driven.
In this role, the Product Manager would work closely with engineering and product teams to understand the user problems and build out key product features. They will manage the backlog, Jira stories, Epic features, in an end-end format. We are looking for scrappy folks with a passion for building meaningful products.
