Power Management IC Test Engineering Sr Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the test development team for Power Management ICs in the US
• Develop and enforce test strategies to ensure product reliability and performance
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and Asia to support product development and production
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test solutions that meet production schedules
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills
• Optimize test processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in test engineering

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree (or greater) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management
• Proficient in automated test including design, development, and maintenance
• Proficient with software development and debug on ATE systems (Cohu DMDx, Teradyne ETS88 or Sinetest STT)
• Experience with schematic design for socketed test fixtures, probe cards, and load boards
• Experience with test development of Power Management ICs including Buck, Boost, LDO, and Microcontroller Units.
• Knowledgeable in I2C and SPI serial communication protocols
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
