Intellectual Property Attorney

Lateral Link is assisting a Chambers-ranked, high end litigation boutique in Houston that is seeking a Senior Attorney to join the Intellectual Property Litigation group (non-partner track). The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 10+ years of experience
• Significant experience managing patent litigation matters, including:
• Analyzing patents, prior art, and products to formulate infringement and validity positions
• Drafting and responding to discovery, and managing discovery disputes
• Writing and responding to motions at all stages of the case
• Managing document collection, review, and production efforts
