Senior Attorney - IP (non-partner track)

Our law firm client is seeking a Senior IP Attorney (non-partner track) to join their litigation boutique in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience

• Significant experience managing patent litigation matters, including:
• Analyzing patents, prior art, and products to formulate infringement and validity positions
• Drafting and responding to discovery, and managing discovery disputes.
• Writing and responding to motions at all stages of the case.
• Managing document collection, review, and production efforts.

Other details:

Salary: $315k

Hours: 2100 for full bonus
