Help Desk Technician

Are you passionate about IT and ready to take on a challenging role? We're seeking a talented Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team in Redmond, WA.

This is an onsite position!

What you'll do:

• Provide exceptional Tier 1 technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Assist with user account management and password resets
• Configure and deploy devices using Intune
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Proficiency with Windows OS
• Familiarity with Active Directory and networking concepts
• Experience with remote access tools and ticketing systems

Nice to have:

• MSP experience
• Intune expertise
