A prestigious financial services firm based in West Los Angeles is seeking an Office Concierge to support their organization.

What you’ll do:

Daily responsibilities of the Office Concierge will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and directing incoming guests
  • Answering incoming calls and taking messages as necessary
  • Handling parking and security requests for guests and employees
  • Ordering and stocking supplies and groceries; coordinating catering needs
  • Ensuring cleanliness of common spaces, including the kitchen, reception area, and conference room
  • Acting as a point of contact for building and equipment requests, including liaising with vendors and building management

Who you are:

The ideal candidate will consider themselves to be a career administrative professional and take pride in their role. Candidates will need 5-10+ years of prior office management or hospitality experience.
