Job Title: Estimator – General Contractor (Multi-Family & Mixed-Use Commercial)

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

The company specializes in large-scale multi-family and mixed-use commercial units, with project values ranging from $20 million to $200 million. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for large-scale multi-family and mixed-use commercial projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy in cost estimations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in contract negotiations and value engineering discussions.
• Stay current with industry trends, material costs, and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator, specifically on large-scale projects ranging from $20 million to $200 million.
• Extensive experience in multi-family and mixed-use commercial construction.
• Proficient in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
