Our growing company, completes projects in the commercial construction market to include tenant improvement, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a professional with solid interpersonal skills who contains the capacity and desire to grow with us.
Role Description
This is a full-time Construction Superintendent role with Bayshore Construction Inc. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the Greater Houston area. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring construction safety protocols are followed, managing project schedule, and reporting to project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, and Project Management skills
- Strong organization skills for coordinating subcontractors and managing project schedules
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Products
- Budgeting skills for effectively managing project budgets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation
- Experience in the tenant improvement & healthcare sectors preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred but not required
