Our growing company completes projects in the commercial construction market to include tenant improvement, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a professional with solid interpersonal skills who has the capacity and desire to grow with us.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Project Manager role with Bayshore Construction Inc. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project(s). Including startup through close out reporting directly to the President. This role is for the self-motivated ambitious person who wants to join a fast-growing organization. An effective project manager knows how to get the most of all parties involved both internal and external team members. They are efficient and proactive communicators.Qualifications3-5 years minimum experience in a project manager or assistant project manager role or similarProficiency in budgeting and construction managementExperience with processing subcontracts, pay applications, and change ordersExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to handle several tasks at once and minimize mistakesExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office ProductsKnowledge of construction industry standards and regulationsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing and delegating a project teamBachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
