Travel: Required within Northern California, Washington, and Oregon

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead an ambitious, organization-wide technology modernization and transformation initiative. This multifaceted program is designed to drive our organization toward becoming a technology-led logistics company by 2028.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership
- Oversee a large-scale CRM implementation, standardize and improve business processes, and drive systems integration to enable advanced data analytics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless integration, alignment, and transformation of systems and processes.
- Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring key milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Budgeting
- Develop and manage budgets, tracking and controlling project costs effectively.
- Technical Oversight
- Provide technical direction to ensure best practices in systems integration and data analytics capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program/project management experience in technology transformation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid technical understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and process standardization.
- Budget management and resource allocation experience.
- Based in Northern California, with the flexibility for occasional regional travel.
