Commercial Lines Manager needed for an Insurance Agency located in Mesa, AZ.
Our client is an established Insurance Agency located in Mesa, AZ. They are looking for a dynamic Commercial Lines Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee a team of Account Managers, Customer Support Representatives, and Support Customer Service staff. - This is a Hybrid Remote position – first 90 days will include training with 4 days in office, 1 day working from home then will transition to 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
- PAY
- $110,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
- To qualify for a higher salary, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a CL Account Manager within an independent agency environment, 2 years in a leadership role, stable job history, and a strong knowledge of EPIC.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- The Commercial Lines Manager plays a key role in achieving optimal results by managing and motivating the Commercial Lines team. This position collaborates with leadership to develop and implement strategies, create and execute resource coordination plans to meet profitability and service goals, and hire individuals who align with departmental needs and personal strengths.
- Lead and Mentor: Effectively lead, mentor, and train a team of commercial lines account managers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations with a focus on effectively overseeing workflows and implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the Commercial Lines service department.
- Identify Improvements: Identify opportunities for service improvements based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work with the Practice Group Leader to achieve the service and profitability goals of the Practice Group.
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years as a Manager/Team Lead/Supervisor.
- Minimum 5 years recently working as a Commercial Lines Account Manager within an independent agency environment.
- The qualified candidate must hold an active AZ Property/Casualty licenses.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Applied EPIC experience is required.
- Insurance Designations (CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
- College degree is preferred.
