Allen Bradley and Siemens Automation Engineer

United States (Remote) – 90% travel

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Industrial Automation Engineer with extensive experience in Allen Bradley and Siemens automation systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and will be crucial in enhancing our production processes, ensuring adherence standards, and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, and maintain automated systems and robotic equipment using Allen Bradly and Siemens automation systems to meet specific production needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process requirements and recommend Allen Bradley and Siemens-based automation solutions.
  • Ensure systems comply with Allen Bradley and Siemens standards, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on Allen Bradley and Siemens automated robotic systems.
  • Troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Siemens system issues, minimize downtime, and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor AB and Siemens-based automation processes, document results, and suggest improvements aligned with the latest advancements.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies and methodologies in AB and Siemens industrial automation and robotics.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with AB and / or Siemens PLC programming, robotic control systems, and CAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in AB and Siemens-based environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple Siemens-based projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AB and Siemens standards, industry standards, and safety protocols.
