Responsibilities:
- In the initial phase, be responsible for daily operations and maintenance of IT systems in the R&D domain, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Detect and resolve issues in real-time to ensure the stable operation of systems, tools, and platforms used by R&D teams globally, supporting the smooth progress of R&D work. In the subsequent phase, as the company's IT infrastructure evolves, oversee the regular inspection and maintenance of all company systems.
- Respond promptly to issues raised by business departments regarding IT systems, analyze complex issues to identify root causes, and develop solutions.
- Responsible for application system deployment, version management, and technical support.
- Develop and execute data backup strategies to ensure data security and recoverability.
- Write technical documentation and operation manuals related to system operations.
- Prepare regular operational reports, risk assessment reports, etc., to report the system's operational status to senior management.
- In the initial phase, assist global R&D and IT teams with system deployment, migration, and testing to ensure the smooth launch of systems or certain functions. In the later phase, assist other global business teams with system or functionality deployment.
- Collaborate closely with international project managers to implement and deliver IT projects, working with development teams and business departments to ensure project success.
- Work closely with team members worldwide to jointly address cross-regional operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields
- Over three years of experience in IT system operations. Candidates with experience in systems such as PLM, ALM , RDM, CQ , FTP, SVN, Git, Jenkins, Creo , Cadence, ERP , CRM , WMS , TMS , MES are preferred.
- PMP, Software Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with IT systems in the high-tech industry, with preference for those experienced in R&D tools and platforms in the electronics industry.
- IT knowledge related to systems integration.
- Business knowledge in the industry-specific professional field.
- Familiarity with installation, configuration, and optimization of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
- Knowledge of networking and security principles.
- Understanding of networking and security principles.
- Proficient in using various operations and maintenance tools, such as monitoring tools, backup tools, and automated deployment tools.
- Understanding of key IT technologies used within the industry.
- Knowledge of standard regulations and essential IT systems within this business domain.
- Familiarity with project management and system implementation methodologies.
- Strong planning and output capabilities.
