Role: Workday Functional Senior Consultant

Location: Warren, NJ

Type of hiring: FTE

Job Description:

• At least 4+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across Implementation / Support / Development project

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work closely with Business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements. Demonstrate configurations using prototyping. Unit testing the processes. Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions.
• Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
• Propose functionality changes based on business requirements.
• Should have good experience with Basic and advanced security. Should have basic technical knowledge.
• Experience managing medium size team would be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
