Data Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Data Architect for a 12+ month contract opportunity with our Fortune 500 Financial Services Client in Plano, TX. This role is HYBRID; must local to Plano, TX.

Rate: $62-$67/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and data needs.
• Design and implement data architectures, focusing on loss mitigation analytics and reporting.
• Create, test, and maintain ETL jobs using Python or relevant ETL tools, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine data requirements and iteratively develop solutions.
• Ensure data solutions are aligned with the needs of our auto finance clients, particularly in loss mitigation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in data architecture or a similar role, ideally in finance or auto finance sectors.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Familiarity with AWS, especially S3, and experience managing cloud-based data solutions.
• Advanced skills in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Interpersonal Skills: Effective communicator, team-oriented, and collaborative.
