Invictus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. Additionally, experience with payroll processing and proficiency with Unanet software is required. This role will support HR operations and ensure that our workforce is managed effectively and in compliance with company policies and employment laws.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
A minimum of 3 years of directly related HR experience, with an emphasis on payroll processing and generalist responsibilities in a government contractor setting
Solid understanding of payroll, and employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
Proficiency with Unanet software required
US citizenship required; must be eligible to obtain a Secret or higher security clearance
