In this role you will provide engineering design support for the migration of Network Operations Center data to the Navy Flank Speed Cloud Mission Owner Environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage security measures and controls to protect our client's cloud-based systems and infrastructure.Create an installation guide for all the required security services to support the client’s enterprise environment deployed in Azure IL-5 and IL-6 regions.Participate and assist in setting the long-term direction, roadmaps, and standards for technical solutions, ensuring they align to the overall enterprise architecture.Work with a team of SMEs to develop architecture and design drawings for enterprise migration effort.Analyze results of security scans, ensuring that appropriate System Administrators apply security patches and/or make changes to the security configuration of the system as required.Provide status update reports detailing IAVM and STIG compliance.Address any vulnerability findings and update the DISA Vulnerability Management System (VMS) according to severity level.Develop and implement information assurance/security standards and procedures.Provide input into migration project schedule.Required SkillsMust be thoroughly knowledgeable with the design, deployment, and support of Azure Security Technologies, firewalls, and endpoint security systems.Must possess current IAT II or higher security certification in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01MMust have or be able to get within 6 months of hire, an appropriate Computing Environment or vendor certification for associated communications equipment being supported in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M.Must have or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.Preferred - Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certification, or significant experience in lieu of.Progressive IT experience (9 years) including at least five (5) projects in technical areas included in this job description.Experience creating technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and how-to guides.Experience working with Navy customers preferred.HBSS and ACAS experience a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, distributed team environment.Excellent written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical and organizational skills.Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.Security ClearanceMust possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experiencePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement PlanHealth, Dental, Vision and Life insuranceShort Term and Long-Term Disability insuranceMonetary assistance with training and certificationsWhat Ardalyst Offers You?The chance to work with experienced technology entrepreneurs and world-class cyber operations experts who have successfully grown companies before.Plenty of opportunities to learn as well as apply your talents and previous experience.DisclaimerArdalyst Defense, LLC is an EOE that empowers employees, no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic—to meet and exceed customer expectations and thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
