Position Summary:The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for various human resources programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, new hire orientation, development and enforcement of policies and procedures, payroll, and serving as a benefit expert. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their HR career and establish themselves with a high-growth company and evolving Human Resources and Operations department.Onboarding & Off-boardingPrepare, deliver, and file all offer letters, service agreements, paperwork, and contractsFacilitate new hire onboarding process, including required background and drug screens,client-specific documents, and conduct new-hire orientationMaintain accurate employee records in HRIS through processing all employee changes and terminationsDevelop a full understanding of client requirements to ensure compliance with clientcontracts and required documentsCollaborate with leadership to continuously improve the onboarding processBenefitsServe as subject matter expert for all benefit programs by quickly and accurately responding to all benefit inquiriesAssist with annual open enrollment communications, elections and adjustmentsEmployee RelationsHandle employee grievances and escalate complex issues to leadership as neededDocument all performance and behavior-based issuesProcess employee and sub-contractor queries and respond in a timely manner, includingH1B documentation & letters and employment verification requestsComply with relevant labor lawsFacilitate adherence to company policies and state/federal regulationsHR OperationsProcesses payroll and expense payments accurately and on-time; and answers any related questionsActively participate in team meetings and proactively identifies areas for improvementUnderstands HRIS updates and works with the team to continue to evolve company use of systemLeads or supports HR and Operational focused projects as neededAdditional ResponsibilitiesEstablish trusted working relationship with Sales and Recruiting teams to provide excellent support to affiliate and contractor employee baseMaintain various reports for Executive LeadershipAssist with event planningOrder & organize office supplies as neededQualificationsBachelor's Degree, preferably with concentration in Human Resources or experience equivalent2+ years of Human Resources work experienceExperience with Bullhorn is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service orientedExcellent planning and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects at onceHighest level of integrity and ability to work with confidential informationEnjoy working in a fast paced and changing environmentEfficient with Microsoft products, especially ExcelAttention to detail and high level of accuracyStrong follow up skills
