Program Manager

We seek an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team at TechBlocks.As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing complex engagements, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in Program Management, team leadership, and client communication will contribute to our continued success in delivering top-notch technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute programs across diverse roles, including project managers, product managers, development managers, architects, QA managers, leads, DevOps specialists, and more, spanning multiple streams, applications, platforms, and shared services.Demonstrate expertise in managing substantial offshore transitions and engagements, particularly with Indian offshore development centers.Skillfully manage executive-level presentations and lead executive steering committee meetings with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and other high-level stakeholders.Utilize a strong background in running Project Management Offices (PMOs) and managing large-scale programs to drive efficiency and excellence.Please make sure that project delivery is taken care of, maintaining the team sizes with the required skill sets and upskilling the workforce as necessary.Drive project success within agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to budget, resource allocation, and quality.RequirementBachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.Overall, 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience managing complex engagements and programs within the technology industry.Demonstrated expertise in overseeing teams spanning multiple roles and functions, including project management, development, architecture, QA, and DevOps.Exceptional skills in managing engagements with offshore teams, particularly those involving Indian offshore development centers.Proven ability to deliver high-impact executive-level presentations and lead strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders.Strong background in running PMOs and managing large-scale programs effectively.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.PMP or PMP certificationAdditional Requirements:A strong sense of accountability for project delivery and meeting KPIs.The ability to maintain an optimal team structure with the required skill sets.Dedication to upskilling the workforce and fostering a culture of continuous learning.A commitment to delivering projects within the agreed-upon budget, resource allocation
