The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX is seeking a General Manager (GM) with experience in managing airport lounge operations at a senior level. This role demands prior GM-level or director experience in upscale lounge environments within airport settings. The successful candidate will engage in culture training with Virgin Atlantic, including a week at the Virgin headquarters in England and additional training at various lounges on the East Coast.

This highly hands-on role requires managing all operational aspects, including payroll, HR, inventory, and daily guest interactions, while actively participating in all operations. A strong background in upscale service is essential, as the GM will lead a team to provide an exceptional guest experience in a luxurious environment.

5+ years of management experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 5 years management experience in an upscale hospitality setting

Experience with automated food inventory and management systems

Must be able to pass a TSA background check and obtain an LAX Airport Badge
