This is an exciting position for an HR professional with three to five years of experience as a generalist to deepen their knowledge in human resources.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow. Our firm has embraced a hybrid work environment and you will have the opportunity to work onsite at HQ and remotely.This is a growing business unit at Vault, so flexibility is key (yes, one of our core values) as we learn what best suits this role and expand our outsourced Human Resource services! You would be part of a growing team and support excellence in HR consulting for our clients. We only consider candidates who have an undergraduate degree.Expectations:
As a key member of the Vault’s Human Resources Services team, the HR Coordinator is responsible for a variety of outsourced HR functions for Vault clients. The HR Coordinator will be a point of contact for clients, facilitate select human resources processes, be responsive to client and supervisor requests, and act as a liaison between clients and their respective vendors. The Human Resources Coordinator assists clients in administering HR functions in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as advising on plan provisions. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS data entry. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Vault human resources team and other Vault business units per client needs. This position will provide lots of variety!Why Work at Vault?
