Position Details:
Summary of Duties:
Under general supervision perform a variety of duties in support of the Office of Admissions in order to meet the desired outcome of Enrollment Management as well as the strategic goals of the University and the department. Under general supervision, the Program Coordinator is responsible for processing and evaluating prospective, new applicants, current and former undergraduate students for admission. Responsibilities include analyzing and processing applications, transfer evaluations and transcripts, assessing academic level, determining external degrees, evaluating test and military credits, and responding to academic inquiries. With delegated authority admit or deny admission based upon evaluation of academic credentials. Always maintain and ensure a confidential environment.
This position is located on the WSU Pullman campus in Pullman, Washington. After completing an initial training period, the selected applicant will be eligible for a hybrid schedule of up to two remote days per week.
Required Qualifications:
• High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
• Two years related experience working with student records, admissions, or related experience or equivalent education/experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the admissions process.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with WSU Student Information System.
• Experience with Slate CRM.
• Experience working with student records.

Monthly Salary:
$3,477 to $4,632 | Range 40 (Steps A - M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with https://app.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=357-28
