Position Details:
Summary of Duties:
Performs higher-level administrative, fiscal, and technical duties in support of the CAHNRS Operations and provides office management support for the 12 person unit. Duties include providing administrative support to CAHNRS Operations and IT. Maintain a high level of knowledge of University and College policies and procedures related to Safety, Space Management, Land Management, Research, and Extension. Exercise independent judgment and discretion with little supervision.
Required Qualifications:
• High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience providing complex administrative oversight and assistance to a
• senior administrator.
• Demonstrated experience effectively handling confidential and sensitive
• information.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

Monthly Salary:
$3,477.00 - $4,632.00 | Range 40 | Steps A - M
