Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world.Discover your exciting roleThe Specialist, Document Control is responsible forcoordinating the activities of document control, includingdistributing and reviewing controlled documents, filing,maintenance, and inventory of hardcopy and electronic files andtracking, and reporting on document review progress. TheDocument Control Specialist will work with subject matterexperts on technical subjects to prepare controlled documents,which conform, to Standard Operating Procedures. Will also beresponsible for utilizing software to track, manage, andcontrol issued documents and other duties as assigned. Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesPerforms administrative support functions for overallproject record keepingAttends construction meetings and prepares meeting notesAssists in tracking and keeping material testing documentsMaintains change management logs, RFI logs, submittal logsand the flow of these documentsAssists in Project Close-OutAssists in preparation of monthly Construction ReportsAssists in upkeep of record drawingsOther duties as assignedThe information contained in this job description is intendedto describe the essential job functions required of thoseassigned to this job.
