A boutique venture/technology firm based in the South Bay of LA is looking for an experienced, self-starter, and strategic Executive Assistant to support their tight-knit team and C-Level Executives.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of executive assistant and administrative experience, and have supported a team of executives in a fast-paced and professional services environment. Apply now!Responsibilities included but not limited to:Supporting a team of 3-4 executives with high-level executive administrative supportComplex calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, email and phone correspondenceTravel coordination and itinerary planning for both domestic and internationalConducting research and taking extensive meeting notes in preparation for board meetingsProcessing expense reports and assisting with accounting duties as neededAssisting in planning events and socials for companyCreating pitch decks and presentations for managementAssisting with office management tasks as neededSpecial project related tasks as neededRequirements:Minimum 4+ years' experience in an executive assistant or administrative assistant role supporting C-Suite executives within a professional, corporate, and fast-paced environmentExperience working in the financial services or professional services industry is highly preferred; not requiredHigh-level of organization and prioritizationExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBA degree is highly preferred, not requiredMust be located in the South Bay of LA and willing to work onsitePlease submit your resume for consideration.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting .
