Salesforce Project Manager

Our industry-leading healthcare client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked on large Salesforce and NetSuite implementations with multiple modules.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.*Hybrid role, ideally 1-2 days per week in Waltham, MA*Rate: $85-$95/hr W2ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Salesforce-related projects within the Business Transformation TeamCollaborate with C-suite executives to align project goals with business objectivesEnsure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and migrationsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesFoster a collaborative and high-performing project team environmentExperience RequirementsProven project management experience in a complex matrixed environmentExtensive experience with Salesforce and NetSuite projects (implementations, upgrades, migrations, consolidations)Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on/below budget, with required qualityExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Experience communicating effectively with C-suite executivesResourcefulness and action-oriented mindsetAbility to project confidence and maintain a calming presence while proceeding with urgencyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRequired Certifications/Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration)Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plusPMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
