POSITION SUMMARY Ace Parking, a leader in the parking and mobility industry, is seeking a visionary, innovative, and results-driven President to lead the company through an exciting phase of transformative growth and expansion. This newly created leadership role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned executive to shape the future of a company poised to expand its geographic footprint and capitalize on new opportunities arising from industry consolidation. As President, you will be at the helm of strategic growth initiatives in key markets, driving business development and forging new impactful partnerships that align with Ace’s long-term vision. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development: Lead and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand the company’s market share and revenue streams. Identify and build relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to secure and manage large service contracts as well as drive sales growth and market expansion. Identify and pursue new business opportunities where ACE has significant growth potential. Build strategic partnerships and negotiate deals that drive ACE’s long-term success. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the Company’s growth objectives. Geographic Expansion: Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the Company’s expansion into new and existing markets across the nation, with a focus on growing the company’s presence in areas such as the South and Southeast. Leverage knowledge of these markets to develop tailored solutions and strategies that resonate with local businesses and municipalities. Develop and manage strategic alliances to support regional and national growth. Analyze and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify not only new business opportunities but value-added services. Operational Leadership & Financial Planning: Provide leadership and direction to the executive team to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations. Oversee daily business operations, ensuring high levels of performance, efficiency, and profitability across all markets. Collaborate with the accounting team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies that support growth and profitability. Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s growth and profitability objectives. Lead initiatives to improve operations, streamline processes, and manage a diverse, largely minimum-wage workforce effectively. Ensure that all operations align with the Company’s vision, values, and long-term goals while maintaining a focus on innovation and service quality. BACKGROUND PROFILE The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex business operations, leading high-performing teams, and executing strategies that align with long-term organizational goals. Proven experience as a President, COO, or other senior leadership role in a nationwide or large-scale business environment. Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the parking industry or a related sector, such as transportation, logistics, or facilities management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Strong background in business development, operational leadership, and financial management. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage executive teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Experience driving technological innovation, implementing data-driven solutions, and overseeing technological enhancements, such as mobile applications, payment systems, and data analytics platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong professional relationships. Strong alignment with ACE Parking’s family-like culture; demonstrated history of mentoring and developing teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and building long-term institutional knowledge. Experience leading a business or division with a focus on geographic expansion and innovation. Proven experience overseeing large, multi-site operations, managing regional teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of services across diverse geographies. Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, driving profitability, and ensuring financial sustainability in both stable and high-growth environments. Strong track record of successfully leading business development initiatives, ideally in underdeveloped or expanding markets such as the South, and the Southeast. Extensive experience negotiating, securing, and managing large service contracts.
