Job Description:
The IT Systems Administrator Co-Op is primarily responsible for acknowledging and resolving acute user support requests related to client hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals. The IT Systems Administrator Co-Op works closely with IT Infrastructure staff and assists them as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolves acute user support requests using ticketing system and according to the established process
Deploys Microsoft Windows client systems and software
Deploys computer peripherals
Maintain IT equipment inventory levels
Systems Administration for Various on-premise and cloud platforms as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional experience in a corporate environment
Solid troubleshooting capability
Proficiency in most current computer, printer, and smartphone hardware technologies
Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 10, 11
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Team player
Creative and Critical Thinker
Independent
Self-Motivated
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
Primary work environment is professional corporate office
