The primary duties for this position include answering incoming phone calls and email correspondence, responding to inquiries regarding admission processes and procedures. This position assists the Administrative Support Supervisor with daily front office departmental operations including occasional guidance and supervision of student support staff, in addition to Workday business processes.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least one year of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least one year of customer service experience
Experience at UA campus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of record keeping procedures
Knowledge of work-related subject area
Knowledge of computers and software applications
Ability to conduct research and compile data into report form
Ability to establish and maintain filing systems
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
Ability to analyze documents to determine compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures
Ability to balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a changing work environment
