Essential Job Functions:
Operate microprocessor - based closed circuit television video control system.Communicate with security, management, gaming control board, legal court system, and human resources.Document observations, events, and incidents.Follow established department rules and policies.Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.Other Job Functions:
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.Attend any and all training offered.Job Qualifications:
Experience Required: Two years gaming related or gaming enforcement experience preferred.Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to physically watch numerous monitors simultaneously and observe for extended periods of time; manually operate various closed circuit video equipment and changing recording material as necessary; maneuver and view action throughout entire casino whenever patrol functions are necessary; excellent verbal communication skills; ability to properly document activity in writing and perform mathematical complications in a timely and proficient manner; ability to meet department standardsLicenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.Other Specialized Requirements: Able to learn and understand all casino games, procedures, and payoffs; learn and understand all IGC regulations; successfully meet all Skill Assessment requirements.
