WSP is looking for an organized and detail-oriented

Document Control Specialist

to join our

Fare Payments team

. The right candidate will have experience managing a high volume of submissions and working on large transit construction projects. This position is in

Philadelphia

and requires you to work

on-site

.

Your Impact

Manage, track, and organize project documents, making sure they are accurate and distributed on time.

Handle over 50 high-volume submissions daily for large construction projects and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Use SharePoint, eBuilder, and other document control software to keep project files updated and accessible.

Work with project managers, engineers, and outside stakeholders to coordinate document submissions, approvals, and changes.

Develop and maintain effective document control processes to improve the efficiency of large projects.

Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and contract requirements for document management.

Help with quality control and audits to ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and meet project needs.

Support the project team with questions about documents and provide training on document control systems when needed.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint and eBuilder is required.

Experience managing documents for large projects between $250 million and $500 million is a plus.

Experience with large transit or infrastructure projects, especially in transit, is beneficial.

Excellent skills in organization, communication, and time management.

Attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a busy environment.

Good understanding of construction project workflows, document control standards, and procedures.
