What You’ll Do:
Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
Collect and interpret data to uncover trends and support informed decision-making.
Develop dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Drive project management activities, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to keep teams aligned and informed.
Develop KPIs and measure performance, ensuring continuous alignment with company objectives.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel for data handling.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project management principles and a track record of successful project delivery.
Familiarity with business analysis and data reporting tools.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or TQM.
Knowledge of finance and accounting systems.
