This position leads, monitors, and supervises the day-to-day activities of a functional group in a designated work area. This is a working lead position which means you must be able to perform the position responsibilities while working within the assigned labor group.ResponsibilitiesProvide line management support to the team, coordinates workloads, monitors issue and ensures production goals are met to meet the requirements of the customer.Responsible for ensuring all employees within assigned work group are operating according to company standards.Manage the day-to-day activities of the teamProvide guidance, support and training to new team membersEnsure adherence to all safety processes and protocolsFacilitate communication between Management and Team Members.Develop work instructionsRequirements
