We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our C-level executives, including the President/CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Staff.About the Role:Draft and prepare correspondence for executive signatures.Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.Screen and manage incoming calls, ensuring timely and precise messages reach the right individuals.Assist in creating and distributing meeting agendas and relevant materials.Support the development of presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare initial drafts of minutes and summaries.Alert the Deputy Chief of Staff about priority issues and direct matters as necessary.Keep the Deputy Chief of Staff informed of urgent matters and follow up accordingly.Coordinate scheduling for internal and external meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.Arrange complex travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and other logistics.Process expense reports efficiently and accurately.Engage with the leadership team, Board of Directors, and key donors.Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and request maintenance for equipment and technical support.Serve as backup for other Executive Assistants within the Office of the President.Special Projects:
Undertake additional tasks, such as creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda materials as needed.About You:Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a supporting role.A BA/BS degree from an accredited institution is advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM systems, Concur, and ADP.Strong comfort level interacting with senior executives.Exude professionalism and polish in demeanor.Exhibit a proactive, can-do attitude; no task is too big or small.Possess outstanding communication skills.Benefits:
