POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Support Chief Product Officer and 2 of their direct reports (Chief Technology Officers), Serve as the gatekeeper for meeting planning & calendar management which includes meetings with customers, leadership team, staff, and external partners.Prepare expense reports.Arrange domestic & international travel/lodging/visas/industry event registrations.Assist with logistics and planning for conferences, customer visits, customer dinners.Work with corporate facilities, customer experience center, events team for customer visits.Ensure executives are in connection with customers and team members in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. Identify stakeholders & track action items & deliverables as related to customer feedback/escalations & management reports.Serve as an extension of executives for email correspondence. ¿ Prepare comms / send out email announcements to team.Prepare PowerPoint decks. Create purchase requisitions and work closely with procurement team and accounting team to track purchase orders & payments to vendors.Assist with employee onboarding, badge requests, IT requests, credit card requests & ordering of office supplies & laptops for new hires.Experience supporting upper-level management.
