We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner
or
Physician Assistant
to:Provide patient care to adult patients with Multiple Sclerosis performing acute and chronic management of their disorder.Manage medication and follow-up care for a regular panel of patients in the outpatient Multiple Sclerosis Clinic within the practice agreement and scope of practice.Work alongside a care team including doctors, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, clinical pharmacists, and social workers. The MS program at UW Health is a National Multiple Sclerosis Society Comprehensive Care Center. In 2019, it was the only care system in Wisconsin to receive the MS Society's Excellence in Healthcare Award.Educate nursing and medical students, support programs at UW Madison, and develop and implement comprehensive patient education programs for Multiple Sclerosis patients.At UW Health, you will have

Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Emergency; Family.If Physician Assistant*:
