Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to:Provide evaluation and treatment for a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatologic disorders in an inpatient/outpatient setting.Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessment for new and follow up patients with constipation, feeding tubes, GER, and failure to thrive.Manage infusions, laboratory results, and patient assessment with IBD patients.Work with collaborative interdisciplinary practice, with opportunity for leadership, education, and professional development

Education:If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.Licenses and Certifications:Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensureIf Nurse Practitioner*:Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Family, Pediatric Acute Care, or Pediatric Primary Care.
If Physician Assistant*:Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive PA board certification
