About this Position / Responsibilities
Job Summary:
NFF, Inc. seeking an experienced Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Communications (CUC), Hyperflex, Expressway, Cisco SME, PLMS, Cisco Webex Calling, and Cisco Webex App. The ideal candidate will have expertise in upgrading, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration systems, as well as experience with infrastructure resource verification and bulk programming.
Responsibilities: Upgrade CUCM and CUC systems as needed Perform VMotions as required Troubleshoot and resolve system problems Verify infrastructure resources for servers Provide expert knowledge on Cisco collaboration architecture, CLI, and bulk programming Support and maintain 5 CUCM clusters, including 2 with Expressway for Jabber users and 2 with Cisco SME Work with Hyperflex, PLMS, and Cisco Webex Calling and App Monitor and alert on system issues Qualifications
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Cisco collaboration systems In-depth knowledge of CUCM, CUC, Hyperflex, Expressway, Cisco SME, PLMS, and Cisco Webex Calling and App Experience with upgrading, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration systems Expertise in infrastructure resource verification and bulk programming Strong understanding of Cisco collaboration architecture and CLI Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Cisco certified CCNP or CCVP Highly Desired.
