The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Communications (CUC), Hyperflex, Expressway, Cisco SME, PLMS, Cisco Webex Calling, and Cisco Webex App. The ideal candidate will have expertise in upgrading, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration systems, as well as experience with infrastructure resource verification and bulk programming.Responsibilities:Upgrade CUCM and CUC systems as neededPerform VMotions as requiredTroubleshoot and resolve system problemsVerify infrastructure resources for serversProvide expert knowledge on Cisco collaboration architecture, CLI, and bulk programmingSupport and maintain 5 CUCM clusters, including 2 with Expressway for Jabber users and 2 with Cisco SMEWork with Hyperflex, PLMS, and Cisco Webex Calling and AppMonitor and alert on system issuesQualificationsRequirements:5+ years of experience with Cisco collaboration systemsIn-depth knowledge of CUCM, CUC, Hyperflex, Expressway, Cisco SME, PLMS, and Cisco Webex Calling and AppExperience with upgrading, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration systemsExpertise in infrastructure resource verification and bulk programmingStrong understanding of Cisco collaboration architecture and CLIExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyCisco certified CCNP or CCVP Highly Desired.NFF DisclosuresNFF offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and flexible paid time off options, for eligible employees: Medical, Dental and Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, STD, LTD, Supplemental life insurance and ADD&D, Comprehensive 401k plan, Paid Time OffNFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Important Notice: All NFF communications come from @nffinc.com Emails from other domains claiming to be NFF are likely scams.
