Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Corporate Actions:
Validate and manage a range of simple to complex mandatory corporate actionsPerform end-to-end processing of corporate action events, including setup, validation, election, payment, and reconciliation
Collaboration:
Engage with multiple departments and business units, such as Prime Brokerage, Financial Controllers, and Trading DeskRespond to high volumes of diverse inquiries from various stakeholders and business units
External Relations:
Interface with external corporate action data providers, counterparties, industry utilities, and third-party service providers
Process Optimization:
Analyze daily workflows, technology platforms, and processes to identify areas for enhancement and improvement
System Testing:
Participate in system testing to meet ongoing demands for expanded coverage and improved service
Education:
Bachelors Degree
