About the Role:
As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will work with a team of dedicated consultants to support a Federal government client with responsibilities spanning: knowledge management and knowledge management best practices (including NARA), technical writing, stakeholder engagement; project planning, execution, and monitoring. The role requires a self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Responsible for the learning and skill development for Knowledge Management Support
Translate technical information into clear, understandable training material
Implement NARA guidance and requirements at multiple levels of the organization
Carry out our commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive
Location:
You will work as a part of a dynamic team primarily remotely, going to the client site in DC as needed.
Required Experience/Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years of relevant professional experience
Experience providing program management, training, skills assessments, developing curriculum, and similar support
Experience conducting training and utilization overviews of publication and data repositories
Experience with developing large enterprise-wide online training courses and programs
Experience with Knowledge Management best practices
Experience with NARA and NARA requirements
Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate those issues to a non-technical audience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with special emphasis on SharePoint and MSTeams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to pass a public trust clearance
U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident

Salary:
Approximate Salary Estimate: $73,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually
