Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will represent the audience perspective to guide content development and strategy. Reporting to the Vice President, the Sr. Manager will lead research initiatives, leveraging quantitative and qualitative methodologies to deliver audience insights for strategic decision-making. The role involves collaboration across teams to assess show performance and optimize content and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:Conduct proprietary quantitative and qualitative research on audience preferences and behavior for unscripted series, including concept testing, consumer deep dives, and show health monitoring.Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and report on show performance across linear and streaming platforms.Manage relationships with external vendors, overseeing timelines, respondent recruitment, instrument development, and data analysis to produce reports with actionable insights.Assist in managing an online consumer community to gather in-depth insights and feedback content.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.5-6+ years of experience in research (Marketing, Analytics, Creative, or Content) within the Entertainment/Media industry.Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research design, including survey design, question writing, and sample design.Familiarity with ratings data, social listening tools, and secondary data resources
